As a forward thinking entrepreneurial business we are always looking at ways to improve. As part of this we are updating our CRM system as well reviewing as our Finance systems to ensure we are fit for future.

In order to grow and improve we are now looking for someone to join our Finance team to project manage and deliver several change programs. This is a hands on role that requires someone to roll up their sleeves and partake in the implementation piece. 

As part of this role the ideal candidate will be instrumental in the mapping and testing of our new CRM system to ensure that it reports and measures the relevant information for Finance.

Reporting to our Financial Controller our ideal candidate will deliver all Finance related change initiatives. This will include analysing processes, documents and project requirements, documenting current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and owning the delivery of agreed projects.

We are looking for the right person and are flexible on working hours and the working week in order to suit the right candidate. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering major change for the finance team.  
  • Moving from dependence on Excel to more efficient systems and processes.
  • Managing risks and ensuring continued integrity of finance information.
  • Identifying and delivering productivity improvements.
  • Working with Financial Controller to agree priorities.
  • Working with Transformation and Finance teams to ensure successful migration to our new CRM system.  
  • Specifically responsible for ensuring integrity of financial data is maintained, productivity improvements are delivered and financial MI is in place on migration.
  • Implementing simple change management processes to help prioritise and track change, ensuring benefits identified and realized.

The person we need to take on this role will have the following experience: 

  • Qualified ACA/CIMA; minimum 3 years post qualified experience
  • Delivering productivity improvements
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics essential
  • Experience of leading a major system upgrade to a full Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Business Central or another enterprise level product. 
  • Highly beneficial would be experience of working in wealth management, investment asset management or financial services sector.
  • Be highly IT literate with strong Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel 
  • Enjoy interrogating data and responding to challenges raised by the senior management team and wider business 
  • Be keen to understand our key processes and how our business works 
  • Have a high attention to detail & accuracy 
  • Have strong problem solving skills with an analytical approach 
  • Have the ability to manage time and organise effectively 
  • Have excellent people, interpersonal and listening skills  
  • Be motivated with a ‘batteries included’ attitude 
  • Be comfortable in a fast paced environment
