Put the pens away and grab your wellies
One of our mottos is ‘making a positive difference’, and that doesn’t just apply to our clients and team. We want to make a positive difference to the whole community, and we encourage our employees to do the same.
That’s why all EQ staff receive three paid charity days a year which they can use to take part in charitable work for any worthy organisation they see fit.
We also have a team of charity champions who organise charity days for groups of employees to take part in, and they’re a real hit. Past days have ranged from gardening for Girl Guides to putting Perspex sheets up in an animal sanctuary to stop the rabbits from chewing on each other’s ears!
